Terms Of Service + Other Info

to make the commission process easier please read carefully!

General

- Payment is PAYPAL ONLY!! (thank you :'D)- By commissioning me for any form of digital art piece you are agreeing to these terms!- I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason- I as the artist, maintain all rights to completed artwork. I have the rights to repost and use completed artwork as advertisement and examples in my portfolio. (Let me know if you need it to be temporarily kept private!)- Clients may repost commissioned artwork, with credit and as long as no profit is being made by the client. (No selling the artwork on T-shirts /prints /merch unless given written permission from me the artist)- I do not claim rights to any characters or other intellectual property used in the process of creating the artwork.

Ordering an art piece:

- DM me on twitter and tell me what you'd like done! Once you confirm what you'd like to commission with me you will be asked to pay before continuing with the completion of your commission!- For any other commissions that aren't already listed on the Portfolio + Prices page you can DM me on twitter (feel free to DM me about any questions too)- A digital reference sheet is required, and if possible must show front view, back view and preferably side views as to ensure artwork is as accurate to your characters design (If you don't have a refrence sheet just message me and we'll go from there!)- Other images of the character can be sent through Twitter DM's in order to give more views of your character!

Other Information

- Commissions are not first come first served !!
- Please be patient with me as I work on your commission (Depending on commission complexity turn out time may vary)
- Minor changes during the sketching process are welcome and any changes after you will be charged extra!
- There will be no refunds after the sketching stage!!
- Prices may go up depending on how complex the request is

For returning clients (who have commissioned me): you may be gifted a small art gift after various purchases as a thank you for the continuous support! :D
